Pilates Matwork

Matwork Pilates is a gymnastic method based on postures and movements. The goal is to stretch the deep muscles and improve their primary function to provide stability and body alignment.

The floor exercises will allow you to work on your flexibility and tone and connect with your body and your breath.

Course duration and flow

A class lasts 1 hour. The first class consists of establishing a postural study and defining your needs and objectives in order to establish a customized training plan and to choose the class that best meets your requirements (private, semi-private or group.) The first lesson is free of charge

What equipment is needed?

The accessories are provided, I take care of everything! 🙂

But if you want to practice Pilates on a mat at home, here are the essentials:

  • The small balloon: the least expensive.
  • The big ball: the most playful.

What is the ideal outfit for Pilates on the mat?

Shorts or leggings are recommended to give maximum freedom of movement. Leggings with a slim fit have the advantage of being tight and sheathing the waist. The goal is to feel comfortable during the different exercises 🙂
