Stretching series

It is a gentle discipline, which consists of stretching and relaxing our limbs and then progressively contracting and releasing our muscles. Stretches are based on inspiration and expiration. It mainly allows a rebalancing of the muscle tone and a complete relaxation.

What are the differences with Pilates Mat?

What is it for? Muscles, tendons, and ligaments are like a rubber band. The more we oxygenate them, the more we lengthen them. Stretching solves 80% of back and joint problems. The result is greater ease of movement, better posture, and fewer problems with the neck, for example. We soften, we refine, we energize and we tone up gently. It has many benefits and can be practiced every day in addition to another physical activity.

Course duration and flow

A class lasts 1 hour. The first class consists of establishing a postural study and defining your needs and objectives in order to establish a customized training plan and to choose the class that best meets your requirements (private, semi-private or group.) The first class is free 😉

What equipment is needed?

No equipment required, except your sportswear and a towel for the effort 😉
